		<description>I think anyone that has used these programs on their smartphone can pretty much agree to two things. First, the technology is amazing and will only improve as time passes. Second, the technology REALLY needs to improve! These are so limited by bandwidth and screen size that even though I use them and love them, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. I am thinking, however, that the iPad will really make some progress in this sector, as they are pushing remote access as a selling point.</description>
