hi i have a blackjack i607 and it is sim unlocked by att, but i wanted to app unlock also. i downloaded power tool, and secpolicies cab and transfered it but when it tries to install it gives a message”installation unsucessful. program, setting cant install not digatally signed with trusted certificate”? any suggestions

Go to setting press OK then go to “more” option press OK then go to “security” go to “Reset” press OK. then confirm it and wait until it reset.

How can I use the Microsoft Security Configuration Manager to unlock my Samsung Blackjack 2 cell phone so that I can install third party applications?
Whenever I launch the Security Configuration Manager program and change the Selected Configuration from Locked to Security Off, I get a message that says “Sign the CPF required for communication” (see the screenshot).

What do I need to do so that I can turn the security off on my Samsung Blackjack 2 cell phone?

Do I need to download and install one of the SPC certificates shown in the list? If so, which one do I need to download and install?

I need to be able to turn the Security off on my Samsung Blackjack 2 cell phone so that I will be able to install unsigned third party applications that will then allow me to “tether” Windows 7 laptop computer with my Samsung Blackjack 2 cell phone so that I can use the Samsung Blackjack 2 cell phone as a “modem” to establish an internet connection.

Please tell me what I need to do.

I have the same problem. My phone is unlocked and I changed sim cards and goes to that same screen, to unlock sim card and says invalid password. did you ever find out how to fix it? I heard it doesnt work on prepaid cards.

Help!!!! I cannot unlock the Jack(sgh-i637) Using the same instructions as posted. Security configuration manager keeps saying locked and wont change.

From what I read in the net, the phone gets stuck if you try the wrong unlocking code a certain amount of times. After that, to unlock it you will need to take to a specialist who will use cables to donwload stuff in your phone so that it can be unlocked.

You should be careful about giving the imei of your phone. It can be used to clone your phone.

I don’t have the program, but if you google it you will find the program that uses the imei to create the unlocking code. I have seen some people providing the download for free.

its quite nice trick to unlock, but i prefer using the better option like buying the Unlocked code as its more reliable and permanent .I use http://mobileunlockingcode.com for my mobile unlocks.

I need help,
I re formatted my black jack SGH-i607 twice and reset it, so everything is wiped clean, I got a new SIM card for AT&T pay as you go account, but when I put the SIM card into the black jack it keeps saying this:
This phone can only be used with a specific SIM. Enter the unlock code or insert an approved SIM. I already went to the Network Control key screen and typed my 8 digit unlock code to unlock the phone with. it worked but whenever I put the sim card in, it goes to a screen that says the same thing. And every pin code i know won’t work on it, I re-entered the unlock code but it says invalid password. What does that mean???? Help!!! And I already called an AT&T phone line and they gave me the unlock code. So it should have worked.
